Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs - you will be in charge of making sure that the best solution for our customers' needs is provided. This requires product and platform knowledge, and communication skills. Also, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of client’s projects and queries.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.

  • Discuss Project Specifics and Gather Project Requirements with the Customer
  • Both verbal (Zoom, Gmeet, other meeting platform), and non verbal (Email or Chat)
  • Offer the Most suitable package for the customer based on their requirements

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams and communicate customer feedback

  • Ensure client needs are known and understood by all teams involved

Willing to learn and Adapt to Company Standards

Ability to work Shifted Hours

Understanding in website design & development and web technologies is a plus

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
