Site 180

  • Can We Customize the Layout of the Template for Site 180?

    There will be no changes on the layout of your chosen template. It is what it is! We will only change the contents, images, color scheme and branding.

  • Can I Guarantee That I Will Receive the Site within 5 - 7 Business Days?

    Yes, because we don’t allow back and forth on site 180. What we have on the build form will be the only content of your site.

  • What If My Site Is an E-Commerce? Can I Still Avail the Site 180?

    Yes, it will be an add-on and needs to be stated on the build form.

  • What If I Have Blogs on My Site? Can I Still Avail the Site 180?

    Yes, it will be an add on and needs to be stated on the build form as well.

  • What If I Want More Than 10 Pages on My Site? Can I Still Avail the Site 180? What Would Be the Cost for the Other Pages?

    Yes, however, we have to build the first 10 pages only. Once everything is set, we can then add the remaining pages. Each page will cost US$25.

  • What if I want to use Essential and Deluxe Templates?

    Site180 is exclusive for Duda and Starter Templates only. Site orders with the use of Essential and Deluxe Templates will be under TheCamel.co's Site300 Package https://design.thecamel.co/website-packages/site-300.

Site 300

  • Can We Customize the Layout of the Template?

    Yes. But it is limited to the additional sections that you will pick from your secondary template. The layout of the section will remain the same but the design and the details will be adjusted to match the main template.



    However, if you avail our Flexible Layout Add-On, you are free to change the layout of your selected parts on your chosen template. Please do bear in mind that this add-on does NOT cover sitewide layout changes. Additionally, please note that you have to provide us with specific instruction on how you want us to change the layout of a selected section.

  • What if my content does not fit the layout?

    If you ordered the base package of site 300, you are required to provide us with a content that will fit the layout of your selected templates. Otherwise, we will either trim the content or use dummy text initially.



    However, if you availed our Flexible Content Add-on, you can just send over the content to us and we will adjust the layout while still retaining the feel of your chosen template. Please note that you have to provide specific instruction on where you want to place the contents.

  • What if I only want to use 1 template?

    That is fine. We will be using that template alone to build your site.

  • What if I want to add a Camel widget that is not included on the template or have some custom technical work on my site?

    Any additional Camel widget or technical work is not included in this plan. However, if you want to have additional widgets or have us do some technical works for you, you will have to wait until the build is finished, and then we will give you a separate quotation for the additional services.

  • What is a Custom Website Solution?

    The Custom Website Solution allows you to create a tailor-made website based on your specific needs. Our designers will work with you to create a site that aligns with your vision, whether it's a one-page site, a landing page, or a larger website with multiple pages.

  • Can I use reference websites or templates for my custom site?

    Absolutely! You can provide reference websites or templates that you like, and our designers will incorporate those elements into your custom site.

  • What if I need custom functionality for my website?

    TheCamel.Co has a skilled technical development team that can discuss and implement custom functionality for your site. While we can't guarantee every function, we can accommodate most mainstream features requested for a website.

  • How can I request a custom feature for my site?

    Simply send us an email or include a note in your order specifying the custom feature you have in mind. Our team will review your request and provide you with the best solution possible.



Technical Development

  • Who can buy our widgets?

    Only Duda Pros can have our widgets as they can only be installed on a Duda Pro account.

  • How can I get the widgets?

    Just fill in our widget order form and we will organize the installation for you.

  • Do you create custom widgets?

    Yes, just provide us a detailed description along with your sample layout. Can be a screenshot or reference site.

  • How can I give you access to my Duda Account?

    You can fill in the order form with your logins or contact us so we can setup an email address for you to send Staff access to.

  • Can I share widgets with other Duda Pros?

    Sadly, no. These widgets are a property of TheCamel and purchasing them only gives you the right to use them, not acquiring the item itself. Should any other accounts that is not connected to your main account want to use our widgets, they must get in touch with us to organize the installation (additional costs may occur).

  • Are the widget prices negotiable?

    Since our widget prices are already cost-effective as you can use it to all your sites and you just pay for it once, prices are fixed. No worries as we offer discounts for bulk orders and have occasional price discounts.

  • Are the widgets purchased refundable?

    We do not process refunds. Upon ordering the widgets, we believe you have read the description and how it works for a site, and you were convinced that it is what you need. It also has content editor screenshots that will give you a preview of the settings.

  • How can I find the widgets I purchase from the TheCamel.Co?

    Once installed, the widgets will be available at the Widgets tray, and you can drag the widget to where you want to place them.

  • Can I use the widgets for more than one site?

    Yes! Once a widget has been installed to your account you can use it for as many sites as you like just like a normal Duda widget. Of course, there are exceptions. Some of the advanced and requested widgets are specifically built for one site use only. On these cases, you can always ask us to customize it for re-use 😃 (additional costs may occur).

  • Can my customers or the website owners use these widgets?

    Yes, you can set the widgets to be usable for everyone, your staff or just you.

  • Can I transfer widgets from one dashboard to another?

    Widgets are non-transferrable but if is requested to be reinstalled to another dashboard, installation will be 50% of the original cost.

It's the listing that appears on Google Search and Google Maps when someone searches for a specific business or service in a particular location. The GBP provides crucial information about a business, including its name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, reviews, photos, and other relevant details.

  • What you will do with the GMB management and optimization?

    GMB management and optimization involves a variety of tasks to help businesses maximise their visibility on GMB. This includes making sure that the details from the website and GMB profile are synced, uploading business images, managing and creating enticing GMB posts.

  • Can we target multiple locations in SEO+ Plus?

    Our current SEO + package is designed to target one or the main locality only. It would not be effective to use a single package to target multiple locations. To target additional cities or locations, the client would need to purchase additional SEO + packages. We will suggest creating specific location pages for each location for better targetting.

  • How long does it take to see results from SEO efforts?

    The timeline for SEO results can vary significantly depending on various factors, including your website's current state, competition, and the specific strategies employed. Generally, you may start seeing noticeable improvements in search engine rankings and organic traffic within 3 to 6 months. However, achieving more substantial and long-lasting results often takes 6 months to a year or more of consistent SEO efforts.

  • Why is the page speed low on mobile?

    Mobile page speed scores are different from desktop mainly because mobile devices generally have slower processors and mobile devices have device-specific CSS rules (re-sizing images, viewport size, etc.)

  • What are the options for upgrading/downgrading the budget?

    Budget changes will take effect only in the next billing cycle or 1st of the month, so please forward them to us any day before the end of the month to avoid conflict with the current budget pacing.

  • Can we share Google Analytics access to client?

    Customers should only be added to the 'View' level with 'Read and analyze" permission 'which is essentially a 'safe zone' of data.

  • Can we share Google Tag Manager access to client?

    Customers should only be added to the 'Container' level with "Read" permission which is essentially a 'safe zone' of data.

  • Why the ads won't show up when they search their company name or a very relevant keywords

    There's a 3 things to consider why the ads didn't show up, 1st if the location if they search where they located on the area where we don't target it will not show up. 2 if the words they used are part of our keywords or very relevant to our search terms using. 3rd one is the daily budget if the ads didn't show up when they search there's a chances that the ads already consumed its set budget for that day.

  • Can we run all types of businesses?

    In cases where the business/service is sensitive, such as medical or financial services, we recommend confirming it with us so that we can confirm to the Google Ads support team first if it will be disapproved.

  • Can you please come back to me with a forecast for the locations outlined in the brief?

    There are some target locations (postcodes) that cannot be used or located on Google Ads Forecast, so we cannot conduct a budget forecast with all the provided locations (postcodes). We use broader locations including States or Cities that may cover your targeted areas as an alternative.

    There is no specific budget increase that would assist the campaign in achieving impression share. For now, we recommend increasing the budget by . We will monitor the increase and inform you if an additional upsell is required. We will also do necessary optimisations to help improve the impression share, with the help of the budget increase.

    Before we proceed we check if their website are still relevant to the Ads we have. If not we will advised them to restructure the campaign and if it is, we will check if the GA/GTM/GSC are installed on the new website. And Update the Sitelinks, keywords and Ads URL based on the new website

  • Can we have a multiple website in 1 campaign?

    No. 1 campaign allows 1 website only. We can use 2 or more website in 1 Google Ads account if they are separated by campaigns

  • Can we add competitor keywords as keywords in the Google Ads?

    Yes, we can add competitor keywords in Google Ads under Brand ad groups

  • Can we set Ad schedule in the campaign?

    Yes. We can set the business hours or when did the client wish to run his/her ads. We can set it by day or time.

  • Can we exclude locations in the campaign?

    Yes, it is possible to exclude locations if you wish

  • Can we have redundant keywords in one ad group?

    No, cause there will be competition between those keywords.

  • Can we exclude word/s that are not related in the business?

    Yes. Those terms/words can be added to the campaign as negative keywords so they will not appear if other people search for them.

  • What is SEO+ Plus?

    SEO + is perfect for businesses targeting local customers, a great revenue program for websites that require intermediate level of SEO efforts. This includes on-page, off-page, technical analysis, and more. Local keywords are being targeted to rank higher in search engines' result pages. Additionally, it effectively enables potential customers searching Google Maps to find your business and other relevant details such as your address, hours of operation, contact information, even reviews and photos.

  • What is Basic SEO?

    Basic SEO is a basic level requires a healthy activity on their website. This includes on-page and off-page and ongoing monthly recurring activities. This package does not require keywords or does not target keywords to rank. So, monthly activity reports are not provided unless requested. It's basically having their website to maintain activities on a monthly basis keeping the relationship with search engines active, especially with Google. Good for website owners that have a basic understanding of SEO and know the importance of SEO maintenance. Minimum of three months subscription, but you can make it 6 months or 12 months depending on how you want to market it.
